About us
Ioannis Kalmoukidis Architect is a young architecture and design studio inspired by the Bauhaus school and organic architecture. Simplicity, functionality, and minimal impact on nature are the core principles of the studio.
In the design process, we rely on simplicity of form and purity of finishes: we thoroughly develop ergonomics and the functional purpose of space, design without unnecessary decorative elements, and use natural, environmentally friendly materials.
The studio specializes in the design of private residential and commercial spaces. Each project is approached individually, with close attention to even the smallest details, which ultimately helps achieve the desired results. During the project development process, we use modern software and integrate neural networks to create unique and distinctive designs.
The founder and lead architect of the studio is Ioannis Kalmoukidis, a certified civil engineer and architect. He graduated from Kuban State Technological University with a degree in “Construction of Unique Buildings and Structures – Construction of High-Rise and Long-Span Buildings and Structures.” He lives in Europe, gaining international experience in construction and design. His approach to project development is based on globally recognized, time-tested practices, high standards, and advanced technologies. While based in Europe, he collaborates with local architectural and construction organizations to exchange knowledge and expertise. He also has experience in designing international projects.
