About us
Ioannis Kalmoukidis Architect is a young architectural and design studio inspired by the Bauhaus school and organic architecture. Simplicity, functionality and minimal damage to nature are the main principles of the studio.
When designing, we rely on the simplicity of forms and the purity of finishes: we work out the ergonomics and purpose of the space as much as possible, we design without unnecessary decorative elements and use natural natural materials.
The studio designs private residential and commercial spaces. We approach each project individually and do not miss small details, which ultimately helps to achieve the desired results. In the process of creating projects, we use modern software and integrate neural networks to produce unique and unrepeatable projects.

Preliminary design
a draft of the general concept of the future facility, a visual representation of the idea, showing how the building will look in its surroundings, what its shapes and proportions are.
Architectural design
consultation and search for the best layout options, taking into account all wishes, creation of plans, detailed drawings with selection of materials, as well as implementation of environmentally friendly and energy-saving solutions in the project.
Interior design
formation of a functional, ergonomic and aesthetic space with detailed furnishing, plans for engineering communications and selection of finishing materials and furniture.
Measurement work
a detailed drawing that captures the actual geometric parameters of the building, its dimensions, configuration, and the location of load-bearing and enclosing structures, openings, and utilities.
Engineering systems design
the development of a competent design of engineering systems - water supply and sewerage, heating and ventilation systems, provides a visual representation of the location of communications, and also simplifies the maintenance of systems during operation.
