Architectural design

Development of a set of documentation defining in detail the appearance, functional solution and design features of the future building. This is not just a creative idea, but a legally significant, technically sound plan on the basis of which the construction is being carried out.

When creating an architectural project, the architect puts the customer's thoughts and ideas on paper, while refining them to ensure safe and comfortable operation of the building. When developing a project, we rely on sustainable and time-tested principles of architecture, as well as taking into account the landscape and infrastructure.

The stages of creating an architectural project

Pre-project analysis

study of the site, standards, customer's wishes; search for analogous objects and references; selection of materials.

Preliminary design
formation of the concept, development of 3D visualization of the future project, coordination of the building's appearance with the customer.

Working documentation

detailing the decisions made, developing detailed plans and structural components, calculating volumes and materials.
