Measurement work

The measurement works determine the actual size of the building or its parts. Dimensional plans are needed for major repairs, alterations, the creation of design projects, cadastral registration and litigation related to the size of the building.

A dimensional plan is an accurate drawing that captures the actual geometric parameters of a building or room. It shows the dimensions, shape, and location of load-bearing and enclosing elements, windows, doors, utilities, and other important details.

Precise measuring instruments such as tape measures, laser rangefinders, and calipers are used to create measurement plans. This work is carried out exclusively on site.

The content of the measurement work

Fitting plans
It includes detailed floor plans, the location of columns and other supporting structures, the location of openings, and the location of engineering equipment.
Cuts and knots
The most complex structural components are examined and detailed; actual sections of the building are developed for a complete picture of the building.
Defect map
drawing up maps of defects on walls, floor slabs, building facades; description of defects.

The stages of creating a measurement plan

Taking measurements
study of existing design documentation, measurement of premises with bindings of all necessary elements; opening of structures (if necessary).
Processing of results
detailed construction of plans, sections and nodes in the CAD program based on the measurements performed; drawing up a defect map.
