SAUN-W
Mini sauna.
Berezovy settlement, Krasnodar Krai, Russia.
Area: 12.5 sq.m.
2026.
Architect: Kalmoukidis I.
A compact wooden mini sauna designed in a contemporary minimalist style. The project was developed to provide comfortable recreation on a small plot, combining concise architecture, functionality, and natural materials. The design features an efficient layout and ensures comfortable use throughout the year.
The façades are finished with imitation timber cladding and profiled metal sheeting. The combination of wood and metal creates an expressive yet restrained exterior appearance that harmoniously integrates into the natural surroundings.
The building structure is based on a timber frame system, ensuring energy efficiency and rapid construction. The single-pitch roof creates a clean contemporary silhouette and emphasizes the simple geometry of the volume.
