An apartment building in Mexico is a compact rectangular volume with an atrium courtyard. It is characterized by conciseness, symmetry and minimalism: clean lines, simple shapes, without excessive decoration. It combines practicality, comfort and aesthetics. Adapted to a warm climate: well-zoned and organically integrated into the natural landscape. The color scheme reflects the traditions of Mexican architecture: muted beige shades that resemble local stone and sand, combined with the dominant terracotta color. A modern approach to suburban housing with a pronounced regional flavor.
